The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms are large and spacious with a big comfy bed, they are super humid, leaving clothes and everything else moist. The shower was good but the room itself smelled like mold, and mosquitoes sneaked in through gaps in the doors, making it hard to sleep. It felt overpriced for what was offered.

The hotel offers rooms overlooking mature gardens, which suited our needs with a teenager. The location is great, close to WaterBom and Discovery Mall, and right next to Lippo Mall. The service went out of their way to please, all set in amazing gardens and on a lovely beach. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices but could have a little more bread variety.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with constant maintenance, offering a nice walk to Lippo Kuta Mall for convenient dining options and a private beach perfect for kids to play in the sand daily. The rooms are dated and not as clean as expected, but they suit our needs for a family with a teenager. The service is consistently polite, keeping up with the excellent Indonesian hospitality. Dining falls below expectations with room for improvement in cleanliness and food variety.

The hotel is a hidden gem, nestled amidst lush tropical gardens with spacious, well-appointed rooms featuring beautiful parquetry flooring, comfortable beds, great air-con, and lovely balconies. The service is top-notch with accommodating staff ready to fulfill all requests, making for a delightful stay. The dining experience offers a variety of options catering to different tastes, though a bit more variety in the breakfast spread would be welcomed. The location is superb, close to all the action yet peaceful, providing a perfect retreat. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel offers a mesmerizing view of the ocean from rooms overlooking the pool, but the rooms tend to get humid and sticky when it rains. Basic bathroom amenities are provided, though the overall look is reminiscent of hospital beds.

The hotel rooms were a mix of clean, comfortable spaces with nice balconies overlooking the gardens but also felt old and dirty with moldy smells and mosquito issues. The overpriced rooms were a disappointment due to poor maintenance and outdated features.

The hotel had clean and liveable rooms, although a bit dated. The noise from above was a downside. The service was a mix, with some excellent staff and others not as enthusiastic. The location was very convenient, close to shopping malls and the airport. The dining experience catered to different taste buds and was more focused on Asian cuisine. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel boasts a colossal bed in the rooms, but noise disturbances are common due to thin walls. Smoking rooms were allocated without prior notice, which was inconvenient. The staff, while competent, lacked friendliness and engagement.

Upon arriving at the hotel at 10.30 pm with 2 tired kids hoping we can immediately take a rest in our room, we found the rooms spacious with lots of counter space and modern fixtures, comprising a bedroom and separate living room, with French doors opening to a balcony off both areas. Despite that, the room was disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a stunning view of the pool from my balcony where I could enjoy a relaxing morning tea. The service was exceptional, with the staff being the most polite and accommodating people I've ever met. The location was convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance of high street restaurants. The dining experience was decent but could have offered more diverse options. Overall, a great value for money with some minor inconveniences.
